L'appartement, situé au 4ème étage, est composé comme suit:

- une salle d'eau (avec une baignoire, des toilettes et un lavabo)
L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux (équipé de grandes fenêtres donnant directement sur les montagnes).
Une place de parking (sous-sol de l'immeuble) est incluse dans le prix. La résidence est également équipé d'un parking extérieur réservé aux locataires.
On ne le voit pas bien sur les photos car les meubles sont identiques, mais il y a bien un salon + une chambre.
