L'appartement :
Nous vous présentons ce bien qui vient d’être rénové avec un loyer vraiment tout compris (eau, éléc, charges, assurance, internet, Netflix), vous n’avez plus qu’à poser vos valises.
Spécialement agencé, réfléchi et meublé pour une colocation, il est traversant et très lumineux. Il dispose de 4 chambres et d’une surface de 78 m². La pièce de vie, d’une surface de 25m², comprend un grand salon avec cuisine américaine.
Un grand canapé avec écran géant pour profiter des soirées Netflix. La pièce dispose d’un espace pour manger ensemble.
Cuisine haut de gamme toute équipée : frigo, four à chaleur tournante, lave-vaisselle, four micro-onde, plaque induction. Vous aurez également en petit électroménager une machine à café, un toaster ainsi qu’une bouilloire. Tout l’équipement qui va avec est fourni (ensemble de poêles, casseroles, assiettes, couverts, tasses etc.).

Chaque chambre fait 11m² et bénéficie d'une belle luminosité. Une serrure avec clé individuelle a été installé à chaque chambre. Les chambres sont équipées d'un lit 120/190 avec une literie au complet : matelas, couette (été/hiver), 2 oreillers, draps. Chaque chambre est équipée d’une armoire ou dressing, d’un bureau avec sa chaise et sa lampe, ainsi que de rideaux.

L'appartement comprend deux salles de bain avec sèche serviettes, et toilettes séparées, ainsi que machine à laver/sèche-linge.

Situation de l'appartement :
L’appartement est situé dans un quartier calme et agréable, à moins de 20 min à pieds de la Gare, et à deux pas des lignes de bus 23 (accès direct à la gare), 37, et 51 (Balma).
En voiture : Accès direct à la rocade, et à Balma et ses commerces. A 15 min de Blagnac.
Dans un périmètre de 10 minutes à pied, il y a plusieurs commerces pour effectuer ses courses : Carrefour Market, Casino, Lidl.
Pour les étudiants : Accès rocade à 5 min en voiture, Universités à 30 min à pieds (TSM, Université Toulouse Capitole 1, IPSA...)
