1 chambre à louer dans un bel appartement de 3 chambres (96 m²), habité par Sarah (colocataire, étudiante à Sciences Po), moi-même (Arnaud, 42 ans) et un chat Frimousse (Sacré de Birmanie, 15 ans).
La chambre est meublée, avec une belle vue panoramique, sur la forêt, Sciences Po et l'IX Campus (situés à 5 minutes à pied).
Transports : T13 à 300 mètres / RER A Saint-Germain-en-Laye accessible en bus ou à pied (20 minutes). Place de parking gratuite dans la rue. Commerce : Lidl au pied de l'immeuble.
Présentation : Arnaud, 42 ans, technico-commercial, sportif (triathlon). Plutôt posé, calme, mais j’aime sortir, danser et voyager. Il m'arrive d'être absent plusieurs jours, mais en général je travaille en home office. Je cherche un(e) colocataire de confiance, étudiant(e) ou en activité, qui saura prendre soin de l’appartement et du chat (Frimousse).

Après discussion et visite, je vous proposerais de louer la chambre pour une quinzaine de jour. Si cette période de collocation satisfait tout le monde, nous signerons un bail classique et vous pourrez toucher d'éventuelle APL.

Bonjour, je m’appelle Arnaud et je recherche deux colocataires pour combler les chambres vides de mon grand appartement qui me coûte trop cher ! J’ai 42 ans et je travaille dans la gestion de projet marketing. En tant que sportif, je ne fume pas, sauf exceptionnellement en soirée, donc j'aimerai autant qu'on évite de fumer dans l'appart. Je suis assez calme, mais j’aime sortir et partir en voyage. Il se peut je sois absent plusieurs semaines, comme des périodes où je travaille à domicile, ou en entreprise. Je cherche donc des colocataires sympas en qui je puisse avoir un confiance pour prendre soin de l'appart et éventuellement du chat. Le chat s'appelle Frimousse, c'est un Sacré de Birmanie magnifique et très attachant, en mon absence, si vous ne souhaitez pas vous en occuper, je pourrais le confier à mes parents.
