1 chambre à louer dans un bel appartement de 3 chambres (96 m²), habité par Sarah (colocataire, étudiante à Sciences Po), moi-même (Arnaud, 42 ans) et un chat Frimousse (Sacré de Birmanie, 15 ans).

La chambre est meublée, avec une belle vue panoramique, sur la forêt, Sciences Po et l'IX Campus (situés à 5 minutes à pied).

Transports : T13 à 300 mètres / RER A Saint-Germain-en-Laye accessible en bus ou à pied (20 minutes). Place de parking gratuite dans la rue.
Commerce : Lidl au pied de l'immeuble.

Présentation : Arnaud, 42 ans, technico-commercial, sportif (triathlon). Plutôt posé, calme, mais j’aime sortir, danser et voyager. Il m'arrive d'être absent plusieurs jours, mais en général je travaille en home office. Je cherche un(e) colocataire de confiance, étudiant(e) ou en activité, qui saura prendre soin de l’appartement et du chat (Frimousse).

SVP, n'hésitez pas à vous présenter, me parler de vos attentes et poser des questions. Nous pourrons ensuite fixer un rendez-vous pour vous faire découvrir les lieux et faire connaissance.

Après discussion et visite, je vous proposerais de louer la chambre pour une quinzaine de jour. Si cette période de collocation satisfait tout le monde, nous signerons un bail classique et vous pourrez toucher d'éventuelle APL.
