Chambres à louer dans une colocation de 3 chambres. L'appartement a été rénové en Juillet 2021 et est entièrement équipé et meublé. Dans le salon : canapé, 2 fauteuils, une table basse, 2 étagères, TV, wifi.. Dans la cuisine réfrigérateur, plaques électriques, four, lave vaisselle, casseroles, vaisselle, table et chaises... Une salle de bain et une salle de douche avec machine à laver/sèchante. Chaque chambre est meublée d'un lit de 140, d'1 bureau, d'un chaise, d'une commode, d'un portant, d'une couette et de deux oreillers... (la chambre 3 n'a accès au balcon que par le salon). Il y a 3 grandes penderies dans l'appartement une pour chaque colocataires. L'appartement est situé en face du lycée Clemenceau, à 10' du centre de Reims, un arrêt de bus (desservant le moulin de la Housse et le centre) est situé à 2' à pied de l'immeuble.
Chaque locataire devra souscrire une assurance habitation en plus du loyer (obligatoire en France)
