Maison neuve entièrement équipée et rénovée à 5 mn du métro avec adoucisseur. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain privée, son lavabo, sa prise Ethernet et une TV connectée android.

Chaque chambre possède un lit, un bureau avec chaise, poubelle et lampe de bureau , un porte manteau, un dressing, une douche , un lavabo avec rangement , une télé connectée android et une prise Ethernet intégrée à l intérieur du mur .

Vous bénéficierez également d'un espace commun, d'une cuisine équipée neuve (grille pain, cafetière électrique, four micro-onde, plaque vitrocéramique, four, évier double vasque, frigo, toute la vaisselle), d'une buanderie ( lave linge, sèche linge, balais, serpillière, seau, fer à repasser, table à repasser, aspirateur, grande armoire de rangement, tout est neuf), d une table avec 4 chaises, un canapé neuf, une table basse, un meuble télé, une télévision connectée android neuve, 2 toilettes , et une terrasse plein sud.
Le plus dans cette maison c'est que vous avez une eau adoucie grâce à l'adoucisseur qui est dans la cave vos cheveux seront très doux et votre peau très douce ainsi que votre linge.
De plus vous avez 3 cumulus de 200 litres . un pour 2 chambres donc vous ne manquerez pas d eau chaude le soir ou le matin.
Dans certaine coloc vous avez un seul cumulus ( ballon d eau chaude) pour toute la coloc ce qui entraine le fait qu il il n y a plus d eau chaude le soir parfois .
Nous n'acceptons pas d'animaux et colocation non fumeur.
