VISITORS AND GUEST: the utilisation of the studios. is limited to the person who will sign the contract VISITORS are allowed to come from 08,30 to 22,00 they can be received ONLY IN THE COMON AREAS courtyard and roof terrasse it will not be allowed to use kitchen, shower or internet. except WC this condition will be written on the contract. price is all included ( rent , general charges, water ) except electricity calculated separately by a private counter. for overnighting Guests pay 5€ if direct member of the family 10€ all the others
The price of electricity will be calculated in according to the price per KWATTin France at the moment of staying. ( a normal consumption can vary from 15 to 30 euro depending on the season and above all on how to use energy)
It is qualified to receive the help from CAF centre allocation familiales and help for students.
Supermarkets, train station, buses, bars and all kind of commerces are close to Villasud.
a normal connection in wifi is available 7/7 we can speak English, Italian, French, Spanish, German, Turkish, Portuguese.

WİFİ connection is free of charge 7/7 ADSL not suitable for home work but only for normal utilisation the residence is very safe and secure there are one main gate + one metal mean sliding door before entering the courtyard and then the door of the studio It is in a quite residential area of Nice no trafic noise or car pollution It stands in a green area of Nice one large park is close. a large shopping center Carrefour is at only 7 minutes walk open from Monday to Saturday fro 8,00 AM to 10,00 PM.
few small supermarkets are also available late in the night.
there are several bus stops close to the residence.
the sea ( Port and beaches ) is at 900 meters
city center ( old town Garibaldi Square ) is at 900 meters. at 15 minutes walk a regular standard rental contract will be written and you will get a copy.
