La cuisine est toute équipée, avec de nombreux rangements.
Chaque chambre est sécurisée par un code sur la porte.

Au premier étage, 2 appartements et 2 chambres chacune avec un sas d'isolation phonique. Les 2 chambres partagent 1 salle de bain.
Au 2ème étage, 1 chambre avec salle de bain privative et 2 chambres se partagent 1 salle de bain.

Proche de toutes commodités. A 10 min à pieds de la station Mairie des Lilas (ligne 11).

Loyer toutes charges comprises (ménage, électricité, internet, eau chaude, poubelles).
Les 3 colocataires actuels sont arrivés en janvier et sont de jeunes actifs travaillant dans la restauration, toujours de bonne humeur et respectueux.
