Je loue une chambre pour une étudiante dans une grande maison, très calme située dans le quartier St André à Mont Saint Aignan. Elle est à 15 minutes des écoles Néoma, Uni-lasalle… , des universités, de la gare et à 20 minutes du centre de Rouen. Vous êtes à 5 minutes à pieds des bus F2, F7 et 22.
Vous disposez d’un grand lit, d’une commode et d’une penderie. En face vous avez une salle de bain avec douche, WC, lavabo avec un accès à une terrasse avec une très belle vue sur tout Rouen.
La location comprend aussi un accès à la cuisine et tout son équipement (a voir ensemble les heures d’utilisation) à la machine à laver le linge et le sèche linge ainsi qu’au jardin. Vous disposez aussi d’une place de parking.
Les charges comprennent l’eau, le chauffage, l’électricité, le Wi-Fi, le linge de lit (couette, oreillers et housse de couette) ainsi que le ménage de la salle de bain et de la chambre.
