Grande colocation, idéalement placée en plein centre-ville (Avaricum) de Bourges, elle est composée de 6 chambres. Toutes sont équipées de leur propre salle d'eau privative.

Le bâtiment a été intégralement rénové en 2020 (fenêtres double vitrage, isolation par le sol, isolation des murs extérieurs, isolation des combles, chauffage à inertie sèche, Internet par la fibre, réseau Wifi performant...).

Chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle d’eau privative (grande douche + meuble vasque) directement accessible depuis la chambre.
