Je souhaite proposer en location ma maison située à Woluwe-Saint-Lambert à l’entrée du parc de Roodebeek. Le quartier des Institutions Européennes se trouve à 5 mn.
La maison est composée de 4 chambres, une cuisine, 2 salles de bains, 2 toilettes et les communs qui font office de salon.
Au 1er se trouve, la cuisine , une petite salle de bain + toilette, 2 chambres et une partie commune.
Au 2ème se trouve, les 2 autres chambres, la salle de bain + toilette et une partie commune.
A l’entrée au rez de chaussée, les étudiants peuvent disposer du grand couloir pour y garer leurs vélos ou trottinettes.
Les chambres arrières ont vue sur le parc de Roodebeek et sur mon jardin.
