Nous proposons un superbe appartement en coliving, entièrement rénové avec des prestations de qualité. Situé au 8ème étage d'un bel immeuble, l'appartement se trouve à proximité immédiate des commerces, dans un quartier agréable, vivant et bien desservi par la ligne de métro 3.

L'appartement dispose de :

- 3 chambres indépendantes de 10m² chacune, dans une ambiance cosy.
- 2 salles de bain et 2 WC.
- Un salon tout équipé : fauteuils, table basse, table à manger et une grande télé 4K de dernière génération.
- Une cuisine moderne : lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, plaques de cuisson, hotte, frigidaire, four, tous les équipements sont neufs et encastrés pour un rendu esthétique optimal, avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires.

Loyer : 700€ /mois, toutes charges comprises (eau, électricité, Wifi avec fibre optique).

Nous recherchons donc trois personnes pour compléter le coliving. Dépôt de garantie : 2 mois de loyer hors charges.
