Vous disposerez d'une belle pièce de vie de 22,5 m² avec une cuisine aménagée et équipée. Cette pièce lumineuse donnant sur un balcon exposé ouest vous permettra de cuisiner (four, micro-ondes, plaque vitrocéramique, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur-congélateur...), de vivre (une table avec 8 chaises pour accueillir amis ou famille) et de vous divertir et vous détendre (espace salon avec un grand écran plat et un canapé convertible). L'abonnement fibre Red by SFR est fourni (22,39€ compris dans les charges comprenant l'internet, la téléphonie et la télévision, l'offre peut être résiliée si vous le désirez).
L'espace nuit est constitué de deux chambres exposées ouest avec leur placard intégré. La première dispose d'un couchage 140 tandis que la seconde dispose de deux couchages 90. Chaque chambre possède en plus une table pouvant être utilisée comme bureau pour travailler. Un deuxième écran plat permet de se divertir.
Une jolie salle de bain (avec baignoire, lave-linge et sèche-linge) et des WC séparés complètent ce logement tandis qu'un espace rangement fermée de plus de 3m² peut être utilisé à votre convenance.
Aucun problème de stationnement puisque le logement dispose en plus d'une place de parking et d'un garage privatif.
A proximité des axes routiers et de la gare SNCF de Saint Nazaire, vous pourrez facilement rejoindre la métropole de Nantes, la côte de Jade, la côte d'Amour ou la presqu'île guérandaise). Une école et un collège sont à proximité pour les enfants (lycée à Saint Nazaire) et un centre commercial avec une belle galerie marchande pourra fournir tous les besoins.
Vous pourrez également facilement vous rendre au centre de Saint-Nazaire et profitez de ses rues commerçantes (Ruban bleu, Paquebot), ses lieux de divertissement et de promenade (Place du Commando, front de mer, chemin côtier, Cinéville), d'enseignement supérieur (IUT, écoles) et ses zones d'activité (Chantiers navals, Airbus...) grâce aubus (Hélyce) ou à vélo (pistes cyclables).
