Le logement est une maison et jardin.

Je loue une chambre meublée avec lit double armoire portant étagère petit bureau pour ordinateur. Chambre repeinte récemment et est comme neuve. Nouveau store bleu. Très jolie. Deux personnes peuvent partager la chambre mais le loyer sera différent pour une ou ou pour deux.

Prix avec les charges.

Parties communes à partager et à entretenir: cuisine, salle de bain, salon et jardin avec arbres fruitiers.

Le logement est équipé de la fibre et est juste à proximité d'un arrêt de bus qui permet d'aller en ville, à Leclerc, au pont rouge etc.

Leadel à cinq minutes à pied.

Je vis avec un adolescent charmant de quinze ans et une chatte. Les chambres sont toutes à l'étage et la salle de bain aussi.

Je ne prends pas d'animaux.
