Description of the accommodation

Ce studio se trouve juste à côté de l'ULB. Il fait +-45m². Salle de douche et wc privé dans le studio. Grande cuisine super agréable.

Le studio se compose de deux grandes pièces en enfilade avec hauts plafonds. Il y a aussi un petit balcon côté rue (côté salon). La VUB et à 15min à pieds, le cimetière d'Ixelles à 8min, la Place Flagey à 20 minutes, et le bois de la Cambre est à 10min à pieds.

Quartier super central et très vivant!

Tram 8 et 25 et bus 71 et N09 à deux pas de l'immeuble (arrête quasi en face, en diagonale). Gare d'Etterbeek à 13min à pieds. Il y a plusieurs wasserettes à quelques minutes à pieds de l'immeuble.
