Nous avons une chambre pour les étudiants/ jeunes travailleurs, dans un bel appartement à Epinay sur seine, dans un bâtiment rénové récemment. Le bâtiment est très bien localisé, à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la gare d’Epinay sur seine, de la ligne de tramway T8 et de plusieurs lignes de bus. Le bâtiment est moderne et bien sécurisé, avec un gardien et deux grands ascenseurs. L’appartement dispose d'une SDB avec baignoire et deux WC. La cuisine est bien équipée avec un frigo, un micro-onde, une plaque induction, une machine à laver et une table à manger 4 places. La chambre est équipée d’une table d’étude, une chaise tournante, un double lit et une armoire.

Le loyer et les charges par mois. Les charges comprennent l’eau chaude/ froide, la chauffage, l’électricité ainsi que l’accès WIFI ; Il n’y aura aucune autre charge.
