La chambre comprend une douche, un lavabo, une kitchenette avec plaque à induction, un réfrigérateur, 2 armoires neuves, un lit, une table/bureau, 2 chaises, des étagères. Les toilettes sont à l'étage, à partager avec 3 autres personnes seulement. Petite copropriété. Propre et calme et doit le rester. Pas de fêtes. Sans fumeur.
