Localisation :

L'appartement se trouve dans le quartier Venoix, sur la place Venoise. Il est au 4ème étage sans ascenseur (les escaliers c’est bon pour la santé lol) avec le séjour ouvrant sur balcon plein sud.

Très calme car il donne sur la place et sur la petite avenue des Chevaliers qui est peu passante.
Le stationnement est gratuit dans la rue et il est possible de louer une place de parking.

Les commerces de proximité sont sur la place (boulangerie, charcuterie, pharmacie, poste…). Un Super U est à 2 minutes en voiture et 1 arrêt de bus plus loin.

Le périphérique est accessible en moins de 10 minutes, le Campus 1, le Campus 2 et le CHU en 12-15 minutes en voiture.

Les arrêts de bus lignes 2, 11, 22 et bus Vert 32 sont à proximité de l’immeuble.
L'université est - 15minutes environs en transport en commun.
