Welcome to our modern apartment, nestled in the historic Saint-Michel Basilica district. With its elegant design and artistic touches, our space offers the perfect balance of comfort and style.

The apartment is ideally located just steps away from the city’s best restaurants, cafés, shops, and attractions. You can easily explore the surrounding neighborhoods on foot or take advantage of the nearby public transport. A parking space is available upon request for only 100€ a month.

From the airport: 35 minutes by Tram line A to “Porte de Bourgogne.”
From the train station: only 15 minutes to the apartment.

💡 Please note: A monthly charge of €200 will be added to the Studapart rate. This amount covers all utilities and services, including electricity, water, Wi-Fi, bed linens, building fees, towels, and more. I also remain available for any assistance, as I live nearby.

Bienvenue dans notre appartement moderne, niché dans le quartier historique de la Basilique Saint-Michel. Avec son design élégant et ses touches artistiques, notre espace offre un équilibre parfait entre confort et style.

L’appartement bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, à quelques pas des meilleurs restaurants, cafés, boutiques et attractions de la ville. Vous pourrez facilement explorer les environs à pied ou profiter des transports en commun à proximité. Une place de parking est disponible sur demande.

Depuis l’aéroport : 35 minutes en tram (ligne A) jusqu’à l’arrêt Porte de Bourgogne.
Depuis la gare : seulement 15 minutes jusqu’à l’appartement.

💡 À noter : les charges de 200 € (eau, électricité, Wi-Fi, draps, serviettes, charges de copro etc.) ne sont pas inclus dans le loyer.
