L’appartement comprend : - 3 chambres (avec serrure et clef individuelle) - Une pièce à vivre avec cuisine ouverte - Une salle d’eau / WC - Un WC supplémentaire individuel
La cuisine est équipée de : - Plaques à induction - Un lave vaisselle - Une machine à laver - Un micro-onde - Une machine à café Nespresso et une bouilloire - Vaisselle, casseroles, poêles et ustensiles
Chaque chambre est meublée avec : - Un lit-banquette convertible en 140x190 - Un frigidaire individuel et un garde manger - Une télévision - Un casque sans fil - Un bureau - Une grande armoire avec un miroir - Une commode de rangement - Des rangements pour chaussures - Un étendoir et un bac à linge sale
Les chambres sont mises à la location individuellement (pas de bail solidaire entre les colocataires) + éligibles aux APL si vous y avez droit.
Le loyer comprend : - Les charges classiques - Internet (fibre installée dans l’appartement) - L’eau - L’électricité - Le chauffage - L’assurance habitation
Une femme de ménage viendra pour l’entretien des parties communes chaque début de mois.
Mise à disposition une cave pour entreposer valises, vélos, trottinettes etc.
Je n’accepterai que des dossiers sérieux avec des garants (j’accepte aussi la garantie VISALE). L’appartement étant neuf je cherche des locataires respectueux de cet endroit.
