Résidence LE TEGULA, moderne et sécurisée, construite en 2010. La résidence est composée de familles, jeunes couples et quelques colocations.

Arrêt de tramway Celleneuve à 100m, ligne 3.
Temps pour aller à la Business School : 10min à pied
Temps pour aller vers les Facs: 25 min en Tramway
Les pistes cyclables permettent également de circuler facilement et en sécurité dans toute la ville.

L'appartement est au 1er étage. Possibilité de stationner dans l'enceinte de la résidence. Vous avez également accès à un local vélo.

La chambres est composée d'un lit 120,une table de nuit, un grand dressing, un bureau, un miroir, un radiateur.
2 chambres ont une climatisation réversible
1 chambre a un balcon privatif.
Les chambres sont verrouillables à clé.

Une salle de bain (avec baignoire, lave ligne, sèche serviette) et un wc

sont communs aux 3 chambres.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée: frigo/congelo, four, plaques, micro onde, machines a cafe Nespresso, machine a filtre, bouilloire, grille pain, blender, raclette, casseroles, poêles, ustensiles, couverts,etc...

La cuisine est ouverte sur le salon, avec un coin détente : canapé 3P + Tv murale avec décodeur TV, Netlix et un coin repas. La pièce est climatisée.

L'appartement dispose également d'un terrasse spacieuse 15M2 avec salon de jardin pour profiter des beaux jours, discuter, manger et faire des barbecues.

Pour vous simplifier les démarches administratives et l'entente entre colocataires, je vous propose de m'occuper des contrats d'électricité, assurance habitation et internet et les ajouter aux charges.
