Ici, tout est pris en charge dans le loyer vous venez juste avec vos affaires.
Au niveau 0 vous aurez une cuisine aménagée équipé ouverte sur le séjour avec une vue sur le jardin de 300m².

Dans le 1er niveau ( réservé aux filles ) et dans le 2ème niveau ( réservé aux garçons ) vous avez 4 belles chambres avec des grand lits doubles une grande armoire pour un maximum de rangement ainsi qu'un grand bureau et une chaise.
Une salle de bain partagé ( grande douche à l'italienne un meuble de salle de bain un beau miroir à Led ) des WC suspendu accompagné d'une Douchette ainsi qu'un jolie vasque pour se laver les mains.

Le quartier est calme il y'a un très bon fast-food en face, le bus en face, boulangerie tabac, Aldi, lidl, carrefour market à proximité.

Proche de toutes commodités, si vous êtes à l'université il faut 40min avec les transports en commun et seulement 15min en voiture.
