Note: Un colocataire, Emilio, sympathique garçon, est déjà présent mais s'en va incessamment (ce mois ci), et l'on cherche donc potentiellement 2 personnes, les couples sont donc aussi considérés, la seconde chambre est plus grande.

Toutes les pièces sont exposées sud et sont très lumineuses.
