A proximité 2 arrêts de métro : Charles De Gaulle, et Colombier ,nombreuses lignes de bus ,le centre commercial Colombia et les 3 Soleils avec beaucoup de boutiques est à 2 mn à pied , la gare SNCF se trouve à 10 minutes à pied . Nombreux rangements . Appartement calme et bien chauffé, la résidence est occupée principalement par des propriétaires et des familles , interphone , entrée sécurisée .L'appartement est traversant ,orienté est/ ouest, il profite d'un ensoleillement continu du matin au soir. 4 chambres en tout , une cuisine équipée et aménagée (GRAND frigo avec 3 tiroirs de congélation , four pyrolyse facile à nettoyer , micro ondes, lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche linge, plaque induction, hotte , petit electro menager bouilloire grille pain cafetière casseroles et vaisselle pour 4 etc ) , l'équipement est complet avec dans chaque chambre : 1 lit double + 1 matelas confortable ,1 bureau avec siège bureau , dressing ,lampes de chevet , 2 placards collectifs dans l'entrée pour ranger les grosses valises et les manteaux , un placard pour ranger les chaussures , couette, oreillers fournis, possibilité louer pour un prix modique les draps ; aspirateur ,balai ,fer et table à repasser appartement disponible
Pour le respect de chacun, cette colocation est non-fumeur et les animaux n’y sont pas acceptés. L’accès à l’immeuble est sécurisé par badge.APL POSSIBLE garantie visale ou Studapart acceptée et appréciée

"ne pas fumer dans l appartement , il y a des balcons privatifs dans ch 2 et ch 4 pour fumer , ou bien le grand jardin juste devant l appartement est parfait pour fumer ou simplement prendre l air , il y a une table de ping pong en acces gratuit dans ce jardin...et vous pourrez vous abriter sous un porche si besoin, je recherche avant tout un (e) locataire calme , posé ( e) qui entretienne correctement mes lieux"
