La colocation entièrement refaite à neuf en février 2023, est située au 2ème etage avec ascenseur et offre 56 m² de surface répartis ainsi : - Séjour/cuisine équipée ouverte, 3 chambres avec leur salle d’eau privative,1 WC indépendant.

Quote-part de loyer : 475 € + 60€ de provisions pour charges par chambre. Provisions sur charges incluant internet, l'eau, la taxe d'ordures ménagères, l'électricité, l'entretien et les charges de copropriété imputables au locataire, et tout autre service propre à la colocation.
