Dans une maison de 120m² que j’occupe seule, à partir du 2 Janvier je loue au 1er étage que je n’occupe pas, 2 chambres à des étudiantes (chambre rose et chambre bleue). La chambre rose mesure 14,7m². Les peintures sont neuves, les combles ont fait l’objet d’une isolation thermique haut de gamme en juin 2023.
Partage de:
- une salle de bain indépendante au premier étage,
- au rez de chaussée du frigo/congélateur, machine à laver, lave vaisselle, cuisine, jardin.
- Linge (couette, oreiller…) fournis.
Maison dans un quartier résidentiel, à 5’ à pied du centre ville (supermarché, pharmacie, bibliothèque haut de gamme, cinéma d’art et d’essai, terrain de tennis, centre socio culture : danse, …)
Porte à porte :
- A 25’ en bus du centre ville de Saint Germain en Laye (bus à 100 mètres)
