Beautiful villa with garden, swimming pool, sea-view and mountain-view. Sunrise in front of the house. Very quiet and central positioned on the Côte s’Azur. Close to SKEMA, Sophia Antipolis, Antibes, Cannes and Nice. Also close to supermarket, bakery etc.
Close bus connections to SKEMA and everywhere else.
Beaches not far.
I rent 2 beautiful large bedrooms with sea-view and each 1 double bed. Both television with smart tv and WiFi glass fiber and sharing balcony between 2 bedrooms.
Sharing with female owner 1 large bathroom with bathtub, shower, 2 washbasins, 2 lavatory’s. (1 separate).
Further I rent a room with dubbelbed and private bathroom with shower, washbasin and lavatory. Television with smart tv and WiFi glass fiber.
Sharing the rest like kitchen, terraces, garden and pool.
Also I rent an apartment on the property with own frontdoor 2 bedrooms with each 1 double bed and each a private bathroom with shower, washbasin and lavatory. Sharing between de 2 of you kitchen, living room and terrace with WiFi fiber and smart tv.
Enough free parking space on property and street side private parking space.
No animals allowed but animals already in the house. 2 little nice dogs and 4 cats. Outside 2 goats.
Please take care of the property as if it is your own…….
