A 10-15 mn de marche de la gare et vieille ville. 2km de la plage. Près du marché de la Libération et le tram.

Situé dans un quartier calme et sécurisé des musées à l’écart de l’animation. Climatisé, décoré avec goût et possédant tout l’équipement nécessaire pour un séjour réussi. Lave linge, lave vaisselle, plaque à induction, machine à café, bouilloire, microondes, grille-pain, airfryer, nécessaire de repassage etc.

La plage est à 2km. À pied 25mn, en tram ( av Jean Médecin) 5 mn.

Tout est accessible à pied en qqs minutes: boutiques de l’avenue Jean Médecin, marché de la Libération tous les jours, tram, cafés etc.
3 supermarchés ( dont 2 bios) à proximité.
La gare est à 7 mn à pied ( en descente vers, 10mn en montée) et permet de visiter la Côte d’Azur très facilement. Les belles plages de Beaulieu sur Mer, Villefranche-sur-Mer ou Eze sont à 2-3 stations (10mn).

Le stationnement des voitures est gratuit dans les rues autour de l’immeuble.
