Entre l'université et le centre historique, à 3 minutes du lycée Carnot trois pièces meublées lumineuses récemment rénovées de la même taille. L'appartement est idéal pour une collocation de deux ou trois étudiant/e/s qui se connaissent déjà et souhaitent vivre ensemble. Je ne loue pas les chambres séparément. Au troisième et dernier étage l’appartement a une cuisine avec coin repas, une salle de bain stylée année 20 avec machine à laver. Chaque chambre dispose d'un bureau, d'une commode et d'un lit double ou canapé lit. Charges de copropriété et eau comprises pour 3 étudiants. Si deux personnes veulent se partager l'appartement le loyer avec charges est 365 euros par étudiant. Je préfère louer à un groupe d'ami/es que j'ai pu rencontrer avant de conclure un contrat.
