Je loue une des trois chambre de mon appartement. Il est situé au 6eme étage sans vis à vis, avec un balcon/terrasse, plein sud. il y a deux salles de bain et deux toilettes. Un parking pour un scooter et/vélo est à disposition en sous sol.
J’ai deux enfants en garde alternée (4 et 9 ans). Il faut partager une des salles de bain avec eux quand ils sont présents.
Le centre ville est a 5’ à pied et le tram a 10’.
Je cherche quelqu’un de calme.
