Un ascenseur et une entrée annexe permettent une indépendance d'accès. Le logement a de nombreux placards et a été refait à neuf il y a 2 ans.
Chauffage, eau, électricité et accès internet sont indus aux charges. Le ménage sera en option.
Idéal étudiant ou logement ponctuel pour professionnel en déplacement régulier sur la région parisienne.
A 5 minutes à pied de la Gare de Villennes-sur-Seine (25 min de la Gare ST LAZARE, La Défense via Poissy), proximité immédiate des accès A13/ A14.
