Nous sommes à la recherche d'un.e colocataire car une chambre se libère dans notre colocation. La chambre dispose d'une toilette individuelle et d'un lavabo. C'est la chambre la plus à l'écart et donc avec le plus d'intimité.
La maison est très grande et lumineuse, elle est située proche du lycée Guez de Balzac avec une vue imprenable. Les parties communes comportent une cuisine, un grand salon ainsi qu'un bureau collectif à partager, ainsi qu'une salle de bain à partager à 3.
La colocation se compose d'une autrice de BD, d'un couple d'artistes et d'une intermittente en cinéma d'animation, entre 27 et 30 ans. La colocation est non fumeurs (pas à l'intérieur). Nous aimons partager des moments conviviaux et calmes, comme des repas ou des soirées film.
Les meubles peuvent être laissés dans la chambre jusqu'en juillet, si cela est plus pratique, mais peuvent aussi être enlevés au besoin.
