- arrêts de tram ou de bus (avec le tram, à 15 mn de l’université) et commerces tout proches

Cet appartement comporte en commun :
- une cuisine entièrement équipée (y compris un lave-linge, avec loggia permettant le séchage)
- une salle de bains
- ainsi que des WC séparés

Les chambres personnelles (meublées, bien entendu) ferment toutes à clefs :
- chambre 1, d'une surface de 11 m² toutes charges comprises (wi-fi incluse).
- chambre 2, d'une surface de 16 m².
