Résidence calme en face d’Intermarché boulevard de l’université, bus en bas de l'immeuble. Place de stationnement dans la résidence. Un nettoyage de 2h des parties communes, une fois par semaine par une société permettant de garder un appartement propre.
Certains coloc sont là depuis le début de la coloc il y a deux ans, preuve qu’ils ne veulent pas quitter ce bel appartement. Chaque chambre est équipée d'un lit deux places, d'un bureau avec chaise, d'un fauteuil, d'une TV 102cm, d'un dressing, d'un frigo, et accès à un balcon avec une table et deux chaises.
