Il y a un séjour-cuisine en rez de chaussée et 2 chambres à l'étage avec un WC et une salle de douche. Les locataires doivent se montrer discret, les fêtes ne sont pas autorisées. Bien noter qu'il s'agit d'une partie de notre maison et non d'un appartement même si les espaces sont distincts. Pas de télévision.
