Centre-ville rive gauche, transports à 50 m. À deux pas de la magnifique église Saint-Sever, rue piétonne. Le centre commercial est à 2 min à pied (Bibliothèque, commerces, boulangerie, cinéma, supermarché...). Possibilité de se garer dans une rue sans parcmètre. Le métro est à 300 m et vous amènera directement à la gare.
Bus lignes F1 Express, F9, 27 et Noctambus (bus de nuit) à 50 m.
La maison avec petit jardin donne sur une rue piétonne. Vous pouvez tout faire à pied ou en vélo. La chambre est équipée de literie (140 x 200), rangements avec un accès WiFi et un bureau. Dans les pièces communes, Salle de bain avec baignoire, cuisine, salle à manger, 2 WC, terrasse et jardin sont à partager.
