Chambre meublée à louer en colocation dans un appartement entièrement rénové et se situant dans une résidence proche de la défense. L’appartement est aménagé et dispose d’une surface de 71.31m². Il est traversant, baigné de lumière et très ensoleillé avec une orientation sud du coté salon. Il dispose d’un balcon et offre une vue dégagée sur ces deux façades sans vis-à-vis . L’appartement se situe au 4ème étage avec ascenseur dans une copropriété fermée et sécurisée à la frontière entre Puteaux et Nanterre. Ce dernier comprend une cuisine entièrement aménagée (lave linge séchant, lave vaisselle, plaque induction, four, micro-onde), une salle de bain avec baignoire, un WC séparé ainsi que 4 pièces :

- Salon spacieux orienté sud disposant d’un balcon et entièrement équipé : grand canapé d’angle, table basse, meublé télé, grande TV 4k 55” ainsi qu’une table à manger extensible et ses 4 chaises.

-Chambres 1 et 2 : Actuellement occupée par deux étudiants (~23-25ans ) en stage/alternance. (photos non présentes dans l'annonce)

-Chambre 3: Une chambre disposant d’une grande surface vitrée sur la largeur de la pièce. Elle est équipée d’un lit double, table de chevet ainsi qu'une armoire blanche et un bureau.

Le loyer mensuel hors charge de la chambre 3 est de 766 euros.

A cela s’ajoute 82euros de provision sur charges par chambre incluant le chauffage collectif, ascenseur, entretien des parties communes, eau froide, eau chaude et la taxe d’ordures ménagères. Seule l’électricité et internet reste à charge en sus.
