Description of the accommodation

Bonjour,

Une place vient de se libérer dans notre colocation de 3 personnes à Nantes quartier Beauséjour.

Le logement est situé au 1er étage d’une petite copropriété très agréable, calme et sécurisée.

Tous les commerces/commodités sont à proximité (Carrefour city, U express, boulangerie, poste, pharmacie…) et très bien desservi avec le tramway Beauséjour (accès direct au centre ville en 10 minutes) et les lignes de bus 12, 59, 96 et C20 (accès aux écoles et facultés en 10 minutes) à 50 m.

La colocation, habitée par Kylah et Yaëlle, est entièrement meublée/équipée :
- salon avec table à manger, canapé, table basse et TV 55” 4K donnant accès à un balcon
- cuisine avec réfrigérateur, hotte, plaques à induction, four, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle
- salle de bain avec douche à l’italienne
- WC séparé

La chambre disponible est entièrement équipée (lit double 140X200, bureau, nombreux rangements et un grand placard).

Egalement à disposition de la colocation : un garage, une cave et un local à vélo.

La colocation est non fumeur. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés.

Bail individuel.
Dépôt de garantie : 2 mois hors charges.
Le forfait de charges est tout inclus (eau, chauffage, électricité, internet fibre optique).
Logement éligible aux aides de la CAF.
Garant obligatoire si étudiant.
