Mon studio avec sa terrasse privative et son entrée indépendante plaît beaucoup. L'école est à environ 1 km désservie par des transports en commun. Possibilité d'avoir un vélo. J'ai l'habitude de m'occuper de mes propres locations. J'ai loué à des étudiants de TBS mon studio à Quint Fonsegrives depuis le 1er septembre 2017 pour 7 mois. Mes locations sont en très bon état. Et je ferai mon possible afin que tout se passe bien.
