Description

Dans une grande villa, un étage est réservé a la location de 2 chambres et il est possible de profiter d'une troisième piece libre 80% du temps pour se retrouver avec l'autre étudiant.
Salle de bain et WC privatifs. Chaque étudiant a son propre frigo, petit four, micro-ondes, tout pour cuisiner légèrement.
La wifi ( fibre) et le lavage du linge et le prêt des draps sont compris dans le prix. La residence est fermée et gardée. Vous pouvez profiter des piscines ,tennis pétanque.
Un centre commercial et de nombreux bus en direction de Sophia Antipolis et Antibes sont à 300 mètres. La villa est non fumeur. Plusieurs étudiants habitent dans cette residence .shopping center à 300 mètres. Une des chambres est louée par un étudiant en école d'ingénieur qui va commencer sa quatrième année. Les propriétaires occupent une autre partie de la villa et peuvent vous aider si nécessaire
