Description of the accommodation

Bonjour, je suis propriétaire occupant une maison sise à 10 minutes à pied du campus de l’Illberg, à 5 minutes à vélo du campus « Fonderie » et à moins de 300 mètres de l’arrêt de tramway « Palais des Sports ».
Je loue à l’étage deux chambres pour étudiants :

- une très belle chambre à grande niveau de confort de 12 m² avec balcon sur cour.
- une belle chambre de confort basique de 10 m² sur rue.

Disposant d’une partie privative dans la maison, je laisse libre accès à une cuisine tout équipée, à un séjour salon/salle à manger, une terrasse équipée ainsi qu’aux sanitaires (w.c. et salle de bain) de l’étage. La propreté de ces parties sera assurée par un personnel de maison. Mettant à disposition les matériels et produits nécessaires, seule la propreté de la chambre sera à assurer par l’occupant.
