This is a bright room in a apartment located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The apartment itself has 4 rooms: 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, and 1 living room. You would be sharing the apartment with me. My name is Daniel and I am a 4th-year medical student (originally from the USA). I tend to study a lot, so this apartment is not for those who would want to have parties often. Aside from that, I enjoy yoga, playing the violin, traveling, amongst other things.

The apartment is renovated, fully furnished, and is clean. I'd like to find a roommate that is mindful of cleanliness.

In the room for rent, there is a double bed (sheets, pillows, and duvet included as seen in the photo), a desk with a lamp and an office chair, a wardrobe, and a bookshelf.

For the shared space: there is a shared bathroom (toilet separate from sink and shower). There is a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, instant pot, blender, etc. In the dining room, there is a big dining table. In the living room, there is a projector system for watching movies or playing games (laptop connection).

The apartment is in a secure residence with gates, located in a rather quiet and nice neighbourhood. The location of this apartment is just incredible: the metro stop "Pont Supérieur" and V’Lille (bike) station are right in front of the building, LIDL is literally next door, Intermarché, a municipal pool, etc., are just a few steps away from the apartment!

CAF (APL) compatible. There are parking spaces available for a car, but space is limited. Bicycle parking is possible outside the building (within the residence) or in the basement.

Je loue une chambre lumineuse dans un appartement situé au 3ème étage (sans ascenseur). L'appartement est composé de 4 pièces : 2 chambres, 1 cuisine, 1 salle à manger et 1 salon. Il s’agit bien d’un contrat de type location dans une chambre chez l’habitant ; vous habiterez en collocation avec moi. Je suis étudiant en 4e année de médecine (originaire des USA). En effet, je révise beaucoup, donc cet appartement n’est pas pour ceux qui vont faire la fête souvent/beaucoup de bruit. J'aime bien faire du yoga, joueur du violon, voyager, parmi d'autres choses !

L’appartement a été rénové il y a 4 ans, est entièrement meublé et est très propre. De ce fait, j’attache beaucoup d’importance à avoir un coloc qui, comme moi, veille au maintien de la propreté….

Dans la chambre il y a un lit double (draps, oreillers, duvet inclus), un bureau de travail avec une lampe et une chaise de bureau, un armoire et un meuble bibliothèque. Dans la salon, il y a un système de projecteur avec un écran pour regarder des films.

L'appartement se trouve dans une résidence sécurisée avec des portails et portillons, qui est située dans un quartier calme et sympa. La situation de cet appartement est vraiment idéale : métro et station V’Lille juste en face, LIDL littéralement à côté, intermarché, piscine municipale, etc… à deux pas de l’appartement !

Compatible avec CAF (APL). Il y a des places de parking disponibles pour une voiture mais c'est très limité. Le stationnement vélo est possible à l’extérieur de l'immeuble (à l'intérieur de la résidence) ou dans la cave.
