Les 4 chambres se libèreront au 1er juillet 2025.

🛏️ CHAMBRE
Les chambres sont composées d’un lit 2 places 140x200 avec 4 tiroirs pour optimiser votre espace de rangement, un bureau d’angle avec pêle-mêle pour y accrocher vos mémos et photos, un grand dressing (2,34m de haut) avec cintres et tiroirs, table de chevet, lampes de chevet et de bureau. Un panier à linge sale est également fourni.
Les chambres peuvent se fermer de l'extérieur avec un verrou si vous le souhaitez, pour préserver votre intimité.
Les draps, couettes(été + hiver), oreillers(dur et mou), serviettes de bain sont fournis, comme à l’hôtel !
La décoration a été conçue pour que vous vous sentiez bien dans votre chambre.

👨🏽‍🍳 CUISINE
La cuisine est à partager entre les colocataires. Elle est entièrement équipée : four à chaleur tournante, micro onde, lave vaisselle, grand réfrigérateur pour 4 personnes, congélateur avec 4 tiroirs, plaque à induction 4 foyers, bouilloire, machine à café à dosette, grille pain …

Il y a assez de rangement pour tout le monde, et une arrière cuisine permettant de stocker vos courses. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine vous sont fournis, vous n’avez rien à apporter ou à acheter. Il y a 2 plans de travail pour que vous puissiez cuisiner à plusieurs sans vous gêner.

🛀🏽 SALLES DE BAIN
L’appartement dispose également de 2 salles de bain. Chaque salles de bain est à partager entre 2 colocataires, l’une d’elle dispose d’une machine à laver et d’un sèche linge pour tous les colocataires.

🛋️ SALON
Le salon est très lumineux (exposé ouest, donc soleil du midi jusqu’au soir) et donne sur la terrasse de l’appartement. 2 tables et 4 chaises d’extérieurs sont fournis pour profiter des belles journées ensoleillées. Une table à rallonge (6 personnes) vous permettra de partager des repas entre colocataires ou avec vos invités. Un canapé d’angle et une grande TV 4K 108cm vous permettront de regarder séries et films tous ensemble.

🏠 RESIDENCE
La résidence est très calme et sécurisée par 2 portes, chacune avec badges ou digicode. L’immeuble est en grande majorité occupé par des personnes âgées à la retraite.

L’appartement est idéalement situé :

- 3 minutes à pieds de la Gare SNCF, de l’IUT, de l’ENIVL et de l’INSA
- 2 minutes à pieds d’Intermarché pour vos courses

- Lycées Camille Claudel et hôtelier à 5 minutes en voiture, 20-25 minutes à pieds

💶 LOYER ET CHARGES
Le loyer inclus tous les frais : électricité, eau froide, eau chaude, chauffage, internet, taxe ordure ménagères.
Pas de régularisation en fin d'année, donc pas de mauvaise surprise pour vous !

Il reste seulement l'assurance habitation à votre nom et les frais de la plateforme studapart facturée au locataire.
