Bonjour,

Je vous propose cette magnifique chambre lumineuse de 12 m² dans un appartement récemment rénové.

L'accès est sécurisé et se fait par un badge. Un concierge est également présent.

Les deux autres chambres sont déjà occupées.

Chaque chambre est équipée d'un lit double, d'un bureau, d'un placard, d'un réfrigérateur et d'une Smart TV.

On retrouve également dans les communs : machine à laver, four, micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain, vaisselles et fer à repasser.

L'appartement se trouve à proximité des arrêts de bus 26 et du T2 ainsi que de nombreux commerces (Auchan et Macdonald) et banques. L'accès est rapide à l'autoroute.

Le loyer avec charges est de 400 € : 350 € de loyer et 50 € de charges (eau, chauffage, électricité, internet, Netflix).

Le dépôt de garantie est d'un mois de loyer sans charges.

La caution se fait par un garant ou via la garantie Visale.
