The shared accommodation house is located on a one-way street, situated between downtown Roubaix (Campus gare, Ensait, Essat, Esmod...) and Barbieux Park (EDHEC...). It is conveniently close to public transportation (metro and tramway) for easy access to Lille. This house is well-suited for students in Roubaix as well as young professionals in the Lille metropolis.

It is a 'maison de maître' with late 19th-century décor, perfect for those who appreciate character. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings. As the owner and former resident of the house, we are seeking sociable, organized, and considerate tenants who value the upkeep of the space (cleanliness, energy conservation, etc.) and respect for others (quietness and prevention before inviting friends over).
