Dans une maison ; 3 chambres chez l'habitant qui conserve une partie pour son usage personnel suite à un départ au Canada pour y travailler.
La maison est entièrement meublée et équipée. Il est précisé que la maison est non fumeur.
Elle est situé pres de complexe sportif et culturels . Les métros de wazemmes et montebello sont à 5 minutes à pieds de la maison . Nous sommes situés dans le quartier de wazemmes (multiculturel avec son beau marche et sa grande fête mondial de la soupe du 1er mai et de la fête de l’accordéon). Tout est à proximité et nous sommes à 12minutes en métro au centre de Lille .
La chambre 1 à louer est au 2er étage c'est la chambre n°2 de 10m².
La troisième chambre a été loué . se sont des contrats individuels.
Les chambres sont éligible à l'APL.

Je m'appelle Aimkhaltome Boubacir , je suis la propriétaire de la maison familiale de 110m2 ou nous avons ,mes trois enfants et moi-même vécu une partie de leur enfance e tde leur adolescence.
Je suis amenée à aller vivre au Canada à partir de janvier 2024 , pour y travailler.
J'exerce deux métiers qui me passionne Éducatrice de jeunes enfants et massothérapeute.
La colocation se faisant chez l'habitant je concerve pour moi et mes trois enfants une partie de la maison pour mon usage personnel.
Trois chambres meublées serons à louer ainsi l’accès au espaces commune ( cuisine , salon, salle d'eau , WC et cour avec un petit jardiné.
Bienvenue dans cette demeure agréable à vivre dans un quartier cosmopolite des plus vivant de Lille.
