Il est très bien équipé : double-vitrage, petit écran plat, chaine hi-fi, machine à café, grille-pain, bouilloire, sèche-cheveux... 1 jeu de draps et de serviettes est fourni. Digicode à l'entrée de l'immeuble. Les commerces et les transports en commun (station de métro Commerce - ligne 8) se trouvent à moins de 100 mètres de l'immeuble. Loyer mensuel : 1.000 €/mois toutes charges incluses, y compris la consommation d'eau, de chauffage et d'électricité. Frais de ménage de fin de séjour (pour nettoyage des draps et serviettes) : 50 € Ce studio ne permet pas de bénéficier des aides au logement (APL).
