Les chambres à louer sont au 81 bd François Grosso à Nice dans un appartement que j’ai complètement restructuré en vue de la colocation (je suis moi-même architecte)

Cet appartement comprend d’une part 4 chambres toutes équipées de salle d’eau (douche à l’italienne) et toilettes privatives et une grande cuisine entièrement équipée ainsi qu’un coin détente avec télévision.

L’aménagement est équipé en outre en outre de nombreux placards de rangement (y compris dans la salle de bain), un bureau avec tiroirs et chaise de bureau, une petite table design et deux chaises en Plexiglass.
Le couchage : lit de 90x200 ou 140x200 à la demande.

Il y a aussi pour chaque chambre, un petit balcon avec table de jardin et deux chaises.

Vous avez même un petit frigo pour stocker quelque produit ou boisson personnels
L’appartement est entièrement climatisé et dispose bien évidemment d’un wifi performant (fibre optique)

En fait et sans fausse modestie les prestations proposées sont très au-dessus de la moyenne.
