L'appartement est situé tout près de commerces. (boulangerie, supermarchés, restaurants, librairie papeterie... et marchés les dimanches matin)
Au delà du parc de la résidence, vous pourrez vous promener dans le parc Bourran qui comporte un lac et de nombreuses espèces d'oiseaux.
Au pied de l'immeuble, plusieurs lignes de bus, dont la ligne 1 qui dessert l'aéroport à la gare SNCF en passant par le centre ville de Bordeaux.
Une station de Vcub ( vélos en libre service de la ville) à 5 mn à pied.
Une piste cyclable relie l'appartement au centre de Bordeaux à environ 10 mn.
