Collocation très sympa dans grande maison de caractère en pierre de taille refaite à neuf à l'intérieur, les chambres sont très grandes et le jardin aussi, de quoi organiser des barbeuks sympa et profiter l'été pour la bronzette, plusieurs place de stationnement sont inclus, maison très calme et très au vert sans vis à vis. Rare sur le secteur.

Quartier le plus chic et le plus rechercher de Blagnac. Arrêt de bus en face la maison pour aller directement au centre ville de Toulouse en 10min ou 5min en voiture ou 15min en vélo. Garonne juste en face, des bars sympa et une supérette carrefour et un Picard à moins de 5min à pied. Centre de Blagnac à 10min à pied.

Aéroport à 2min en voiture. Tramway à 5min à pied et futur station de métro également. Idéal pour un étudiant ou jeune travailleur. Siège d'airbus à 5min à pied. Cuisine moderne entièrement neuve et literie double en 140cm tout neuf jamais servit, très grand dressing tout neuf également, bureau neuf également, déco moderne et stylé.

Vous allez kiffer vivre dans cette maison et aussi la superbe ville de Blagnac classé 10ème plus riche et plus belle ville de banlieue de France.

La chambre 1 possède un grand dressing et son propre réfrigérateur top en plus de celui de la cuisine. Chaque chambre possède 2 fenêtres ou porte fenêtre qui donne sur le jardin avec une arcade en pierre très sympa pour ce poser sur la terrasse et manger ou lire ou se détendre.
