Le studio est idéalement situé à deux pas de la station du tram Port Lympia L2 et de la Place de Garibaldi L1. En plus il y a la gare SNCF Riquier a 10 minutes à pied.

L’appartement est au 1er étage sur la cour très calme.
Il comprend,
- un grand Salon avec coin chambre avec un lit double 140X190 et une banquette/lit, air conditionne,
- Une cuisine équipée + machine à laver,
- une salle de douche,

Le loyer mensuel c.c. avec internet inclus. La provision d’électricité est en sus.

Big F1 flat nicely located and very sunny and quiet in a modern, high standing residence. The apartment is situated in the quiet courtyard. Superb location very close to the Harbour of Nice. Beaches & Nautical Club of Nice at a 5 minutes walking distance. Frequent buses for Monaco, Villefranche, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Menton and also tram L2 to the airport. The residence is next to a supermarket and a bakery. The flat is fully furnished with air-condition at 1st floor with a lift. The apartment is available also for weekly rental in July and August, need to enquire the price.
